The Kiwanis family of Youth Service Leadership Programs: Through the Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs, young people experience the reward of helping other and improving their own communities. They develop values based on selflessness and leadership skills based on teamwork. With the help of local Kiwanis Clubs and their members, students grow into caring, successful adults and lifelong Kiwanians.
Kiwanis K-Kids: In Kiwanis Kids, elementary students conduct their own service projects. Elementary School staff and teachers are also involved with the Kiwanis Kids programs. The local school boards also give support to the K-Kids program.
Kiwanis Terrific Kids: Kiwanis Terrific Kids promotes character. Students work to improve behavior, attendance, schoolwork and relationships with their peers. Students, as individuals, sign on to a set of personal goals that improve their character in school and personal life.
Kiwanis Bring Up Grades: Kiwanis Bring Up Grades (BUG) recognizes students who work hard to improve their grades, and keep them up! This program is also an individual goal setting exercise.
Kiwanis Builders Club: Kiwanis Builders Clubs are for Junior or Middle School age students. More than 40,000 young teens, in 5 countries, run their own Kiwanis-sponsored clubs, improving communities and helping others.
Kiwanis Key Clubs: Kiwanis Key Clubs are for high school students, now active in 24 countries, promote and protect the rights of children in their communities. Governors, executives and a former U.S. president credit Key Club with their first taste of leadership. Key Clubs are sponsored by local Kiwanis Clubs and act as advisers for their activities and projects. District and National Conferences are held each year for Key Clubs.
Kiwanis Key Leaders: Kiwanis Key Leader program allows high school students to develop their leadership skills. Leadership forums are conducted in local areas in Kiwanis Clubs Districts. The topics are determined by the Lt. Governors of the Divisions in the District with input given from Key Club members. Students that attend Key Leader conferences do not have to be Key Club members.
Kiwanis Circle K International: Kiwanis Circle K Clubs are for college and university students. The clubs promote service, leadership and fellowship on more than 500 university campuses worldwide.
Kiwanis Action Clubs: Kiwanis Action Clubs are for adults living with disabilities in more than 200 clubs in seven nations. They develop initiative and leadership skills through hands-on service. These adults return to the community the benefits, help and caring they have received.
